🛒 ORDERING
How do I place my order?
Simply select your preferred size and style on the product page, click the “Add to Cart” button, and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.
Once your order is confirmed, we will process it and send you a confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our standard order processing and shipping time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and delivery location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate modifications. Please contact our support team at support@balanoxs.com as soon as possible.

My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 3–5 business days to update in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number still shows no activity after several days, please try the following:

I need help with a late order.
