🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

  • Returns are only accepted for physical items purchased directly from buseysale.com

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@balanoxs.com with:

    • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If declined (due to not meeting return conditions), we will notify you by email.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or refund unless defective

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

How to Cancel:

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel and refund your payment

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item upon receipt (if eligible)

Transaction Fees:

  • Some payment providers (e.g., PayPal) may charge a non-refundable transaction fee (e.g., 4.4% + $0.30)
